Born in Istanbul in 1971, Umur Güven finished his graduate degree at the University of Vienna, Department of Business Management and Computer Sciences. He started his career at Garanti Bank in 1997. He had been served respectively at Cash Administration, Project and Housing Finance Unit Management Departments, he is the Deputy General Manager of Garanti Mortgage since 2007.
