Born in 1965 in Istanbul, Recep Oram is graduated from Faculty of Economics in Istanbul University in 1987. He started his career in 1988 as an assistant supervisor in Turkish Is Bank Supervisory Commission, and next years he worked as group director in Credit Card Payment Systems Department and Consumer Loans Department. Recep Oram, who is appointed to Directorship of Consumer Loans Department, is married and has 2 children.
